The Calcium Metabolism

The role of a calcium in a life of an organism is so great, that would be incorrect to tell simply, that the calcium metabolism, as well as everyone mineral, is adjusted by cells - and all is settled by it. In fact set of intracellular processes, from a mitosis and a birth of cells, up to an apoptosis and their destructions - in turn - are adjusted by a calcium, at participation of fibers specifically distinguishing it. Generation of action potentials and electromechanical interface, transfer of a hormonal signal and a cellular locomotion depends On a calcium. The calcium adjusts also rate of the vital extracellular processes - for example, coagulations of a blood.
The maintenance of a calcium in a diet is normalized and should not be less than 0,6g for a day. Usually, at adult people for a day with nutrition acts 0,6-1 g a calcium, but at fans alimentary additives and mineral compositions this parameter 1,5 at times exceeds the Calcium is badly soaked up in GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT. Only 125-200 mg a day are absorbed with a duodenum and the top third lean. It is interesting, that simultaneously certain quantity of the given ion (up to 0,2g in day) is excreted in an ileal intestine. The calcium is deduced also by kidneys (up to 0,3 g in day). Less than 1 % of all calcium is in an intersticial liquid.
The calcium is excreted by kidneys in the quantities making, approximately, 0,15-0,3g in day, and this process only at very low maintenances of a calcium in a diet is defined by entering of the given ion in an organism. At little bit lowered, normal and superfluous saturation of a diet by a calcium, between rate of an egestion of a calcium with urine and its maintenance in a ration there is no strict parallelism. Therefore, it is possible to tell, that actually renal mechanisms, both conservations of a calcium, and deducing of its excess do not possess the big lability. They should cooperate effectively with intestinal mechanisms.

The Reasons of Abusing Drugs

There is a set of the reasons of abusing drugs.

Social coordination.
If use of this or that drug is accepted in group to which the person belongs or from which he identifies himself, he will feel necessity to apply this drug to show the belonging to this group. It concerns to all drugs, from nicotine and alcohol up to heroin.

One of the main reasons why people use drugs, are accompanying and pleasant sensations, from good state of health and a relaxation up to mystical euphoria.

Availability. Illegal consumption of drugs most highly there where they are is easier accessible, for example in large cities. Application of legal drugs also increases with availability, for example the alcoholism is widespread among dealers by spirits.
Curiosity concerning drugs forces some people to start to accept drugs.

Animosities. Application of drugs can appear a symbol of opposition to values of a society. When the person rejects a society and all alternatives, including itself, the hopes and the purposes, arising feeling of senselessness of a life, isolation and inadequacy does his predisposed to a chronic narcotism.

Leaving from physical stress.
The majority of people manages to cope with the most stressful situations of their life, but the some people try to find a refuge in the form of narcotic dependence. Drugs often become the false center around of which their life rotates.
