The Reasons of Abusing Drugs

There is a set of the reasons of abusing drugs.

Social coordination.
If use of this or that drug is accepted in group to which the person belongs or from which he identifies himself, he will feel necessity to apply this drug to show the belonging to this group. It concerns to all drugs, from nicotine and alcohol up to heroin.

Pleasure.
One of the main reasons why people use drugs, are accompanying and pleasant sensations, from good state of health and a relaxation up to mystical euphoria.

Availability. Illegal consumption of drugs most highly there where they are is easier accessible, for example in large cities. Application of legal drugs also increases with availability, for example the alcoholism is widespread among dealers by spirits.
Curiosity concerning drugs forces some people to start to accept drugs.

Animosities. Application of drugs can appear a symbol of opposition to values of a society. When the person rejects a society and all alternatives, including itself, the hopes and the purposes, arising feeling of senselessness of a life, isolation and inadequacy does his predisposed to a chronic narcotism.

Leaving from physical stress.
The majority of people manages to cope with the most stressful situations of their life, but the some people try to find a refuge in the form of narcotic dependence. Drugs often become the false center around of which their life rotates.
